Electronic gift voucher

Delight your loved ones with a gift voucher and let them choose a Hiko gift according to their taste.

All our gift vouchers can be redeemed both in the e-shop and in store. The amount that you do not use remains on your voucher and you can use it for your next purchase.

After paying for the order, the electronic voucher will be delivered to your email or to the email of the person you want to gift (when ordering, you will enter the email address to which the voucher should be sent).

The email will contain an image , a QR code and a code consisting of numbers and letters .

If you order multiple vouchers in one order, the vouchers will be delivered to you separately, each voucher in a separate e-mail.

You can print the voucher (picture) and add the amount and unique code to the marked place. You can also forward the voucher to anyone electronically.

If you did not receive the email with the gift voucher file, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. In case of loss or theft of the voucher, compensation cannot be requested.

The validity of electronic gift vouchers is limited to one year from the date of purchase.
