Gift Voucher

Delight your loved ones with a gift voucher and let them choose a Hiko gift according to their taste.

The voucher can be picked up at any of our stores or we can send it to you. While we only send the electronic gift voucher by email and it is up to you to print it out, we deliver this gift voucher in printed form.

In the case of ordering via the e-shop, however, it is up to you to rewrite the unique code on the voucher, because we never see it for security reasons. The code will be sent to your email.

If you purchase a gift voucher in a store, we will deliver the voucher including the code we.

All our gift vouchers can be redeemed both in the e-shop and in store. The amount that you do not use remains on your voucher and you can use it for your next purchase.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. In case of loss or theft of the voucher, compensation cannot be requested.

The validity of electronic gift vouchers is limited to one year from the date of purchase.
